Since last 2 days i am having pressure feeling in head and dizziness. Sometimes i feel that i will fall. One doctor said that i am having respiratory tract infection. The only first mucus from nose is also accompanied by dry blood since 2-3 days. I was also having some pain in middle of upper area of chest. I was worried about heart problem and also undertook ecg which is attached. I measured the bp and it was 115/80. But dont know why this dizziness and head pressure is there. Please help and guide.
