Firstly your issue is not sleeplessness, it is your anxiety, which is the cause. Now if you are taking tranquilizers, they will force you to sleep, which is not effective in your case. so, its better you should go for a thorough counselling / history taking session to get the suppressed thoughts out. It cannot be done by self. You need someone to help who is handy with this procedure. only after that you can come to a diagnosis.
