Discomfort in back

I am getting discomfort/pain in my right side in my lower back sometimes.. only when i move sometimes or flex.. the pain is not constant.. just bit of pain.. please suggest

Avoid sitting by taking weight on one side...usually we tend to sit by leaning on one side and then when we live it hurts

Nothing to worry, take diclomax 50mg twice a day after food for two days. after reducing pain do some lower abdominal, lower back strengthening exercises. Hot water fermentation will be helpfull in relaxing muscles.
