Increase fiber intake in your diet like fruit, vegetables, oats etc. stop or minimise consuming the food which is adding to your symptoms like meat, egg and all. Drink plenty of water and avoid tea, alcohol, caffeine. Get adequate sleep. Stress could be a factor which is aggravating this. Use medications if u have symptoms. Lifestyle modification is a helpful treatment for irritable bowel syndrome
Next Steps

Thank you for sharing. Since this has been ongoing for over 3 years, it’s definitely a chronic issue, and I assume you may have already consulted a doctor. To help further, could you please share: Any blood reports or scans you've had Any history of tuberculosis or inflammatory bowel disease (like Crohn’s or ulcerative colitis) Any endoscopy or colonoscopy done in the past , what was the report? Details of any long-term medications you’re on Any past surgeries And whether you're currently taking anything for this condition Once I have more clarity, I can better guide you with the next steps.
Next Steps
consult gastroenterologist. Will certainly need endoscopy and colonoscopy and further evaluation to come to the diagnosis and treatment.
Health Tips
Avoid food that you are intolerant with for the time being and book an appointment with a gastroenterologist .
