Your burping, bloating and symptoms occurring after meals can be consistent with GERD/dyspepsia, but chest pain with left-arm pain cannot safely be assumed to be acidity. A normal previous ECG does not by itself rule out every cardiac cause. If you are currently having chest pain/tightness with left-arm pain, especially with breathlessness, sweating, dizziness, nausea or worsening pain, please seek urgent emergency evaluation now. If you are currently stable, you should have a proper clinical assessment rather than repeatedly taking short courses of medicines. Your recurrent bloating can also be evaluated separately for gastrointestinal causes. Please consult me on Practo with your previous reports and medication details for a proper assessment and personalized treatment plan.

The symptoms can occur with GERD or other gastrointestinal causes A consultation would help review your previous evaluations and assess whether further cardiac or gastrointestinal testing is needed.
