I am 32 weeks pregnant ,i am suffering from digestion problem since yesterday cant eat food after eating i feel like the food is stuck in between my chest and throat and i feel like as if  i am going to vomit but i doesn't happen, what can i do any advice as i am feeling uncomfortable and unable to eat food too

Eat slowly. It is only your stress which is giving you trouble ,,, keep yourself calm and cool. Take proper sleep
