Difficult falling asleep

I am having trouble falling in sleep from past 10 days, even if I am following normal diet. I tried drinking milk, poppy seed milk but even no use. I am getting sleep at around 3:30 in the night. Please suggest me any solution. Because of lack of sleep I am undergoing depression and trouble working in the office
