Different opinion from radiologist ,ENT

Hi, I went to an ENT doctor for an ear infection. My ENT doctor asked me to do an HRCT scan of the temporal bone. According to her, the ear is unsafe, and surgery may be required. But in the CT scan report, the finding was HRCT mastoid reveals, right CSOM chronic mastoiditis (safe). But my ENT doctor refused to accept the report and asked the radiologist to review it. The radiologist reviewed the report and gave the same report again. Even after reviewing the report by the radiologists, my ENT doctor is not accepting the report. According to her right CSOM, chronic mastoiditis should be written as unsafe instead of safe. I have attached the doctor's prescription and CT scan report. What should I do? I need your opinion.

Radiologist will not mention as unsafe, they will mention as mastoiditis, you should take x ray, on that radiologist will mention lytic lesion, that is unsafe, your ENT doctor as well as radiologist both  are right at their place, consult physically, if ENT surgeon on otoscopy- see cholesteatoma, than it is unsafe
