Diet plan want to teduce weight

I want to lose weight as i am 81kg now i want to reduce around 10 kgs. i constantly doing exercise at home specially cardio. In diet i take one glass milk in morning and 2 chaptis with salad in lunch and 1 chapti and curd with salad in dinner. i totally avoid outside food and sweets. please give me diet plan for 15 days so that it help me in reduce weight. i run around 3 kms in running and another 3 kms walk.

Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.
