Diet for thyroid in pregnancy

I had 2.4 thyroid  2 month prior to pregnancy and at 5 week of pregnancy tsh 7.8. Plz recommend diet. Earlier I had missed miscarriage with no thyroid at 11 week.

Hi Hope your are doing better Please avoid soya and related product , broccoli, cabbage, and full fat milk

Hello, good afternoon. First of sll avoid to take sour goods, fermented foods, cold food items and water or any cold drinks. Take proper balance diet and plenty of water atleast 4-5ltr in a day. Take proper rest as well as good sound sleep of about minimum 8hours including day snd night.

Take fruits in your break fast and add vegetables juice or salad before lunch  .take millets chapati and soup and vegetables in dinner. 2tsp triphala powder 2 to 3 days in a week before bed with normal water.
