Diet chart alone won't build abs or specific area weight loss or fat loss. To explain you about the time needed for you to achieve your goal, as a consultant I should knw where u r standing interms of ur fat mass, muscle mass, body weight etc. If u r keen to take up a long-term wellness or fitness program , connect with me directly or visit my page https://instagram.com/rm.nutrition4all Regards Dt.Remya Rajan

Hello, Fat loss takes place overall and not from a particular spot on the body. There is no such spot reduction that takes place. A balanced combination of eating right and aerobic exercises with core strengthening exercises helps in fat loss. Muscle building takes time and requires constant hand holding and proper exercise regime charted for the same. Exercises for fat loss and muscle gain are different. Two different dietary approaches are used for fat loss and muscle building and both cannot be done together. You can first focus on getting the body fat down and then try and work on building muscle. A personalized diet session is highly recommended for you as it takes into account your lifestyle, routine, eating habits, medical conditions if any, medications, etc. This helps in identifying the gap areas and guiding you better. As a start following guidelines can be helpful - 1. Never skip meals & eat balanced meals 2. Incorporate two fruits throughout the day 3. Protein rich foods such as dals, pulses, sprouts, low fat milk & milk products to be part of every meal 4. Drink 2-3 liters of water daily 5. Incorporate salads, soups, raw vegetables in the diet as they are high in fiber 6. Avoid sugar, sweets, refined flour, fried, processed & packaged foods etc. 7. Exercise for 45 minutes with a combination of aerobic exercises and core strengthening exercise

Hi, To develop muscles one should follow nutritious  balanced diet and to lose fat mass need to do exercise. This is a gradual process and it depends upon many factors as it varies from person to person. If you are non vegetarian and having no allergy then you can include all types protein rich food in your diet like egg, fish, chicken, milk, dahi, cashew, almond, sprouts, soyabean etc.and fresh fruits and vegetables also need to include. Belly fat is very stubborn fat so to reduce it High intensity exercise will be helpful.
