What should be a proper diet for students which can help them in focussing for long time and memorising the studied concepts.

Take high protein foods like all milk and milk products, eggs, pulses, sprouts, nuts, tofu, rajmah, chole, soyabean, paneer, chicken , fish etc. to gain stamina for long time study.take almonds and walnuts daily for brain activity and memory.
