Hii, Actually I have no idea about diet plan and all due to this pandemic and no physical activity from long time affected my body alot. Post 1 week I have joined gym, So can you guys help me with the natural diet chart so that i can gain muscles and my belly fat also lower down bit. Thankyou in advance i will be greatful to hear back from you guys.

For reducing weight follow three main things like healthy diet, exercise and walk early morning and evening. Take high fibre food in ur diet.add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet.add planty of water.avoid oily and fried food.
