Hello. Being a health conscious person I would like to know 1. what should be an ideal balanced diet and are multivitamins good for health? 2. What are the good practices for maintaining good health. 3. I also have hairfall and skin issue. Please recommend something for the same as well. Thanks

Hi Your diet should include all food groups. Have at least 4 to 5 servings of fruits and veggies daily. Drink plenty of water everyday and exercise regularly. It's best to avoid junk food, processed food, oily food and refined sugar as much as you can. Stop eating junk , sweets , sodas , maida , any outside food . Salty chips etc . Take light dinner n early too . Limit tea n coffee. Do walk n yoga . Stay hydrated consult personally for proper guidance and help. Eat well live Nutrigenious
