Food poison?? Diarrhoea Enterogermina respule three times a day just break up the respule n push the liquid in mouth n consum for stool to stop. Tab ciplox tz two times a day after food for five days. ELECTRAL powder every two hrs. To prevent dehydration. Butter milk, curd. Banana papaya as fruit. Light diet home made fresh semiliquid khichadi porridge oats poha upma idali with white chatani. Till u recover.
