Hi, I would like to know what all tests I should take in general as a woman. Just wanted to make sure that everything is alright! Thank you!

At 29, key annual checks include CBC, thyroid, vitamin D/B12, HbA1c, lipid profile, and a Pap smear plus pelvic ultrasound if not done recently. Get these done together as a baseline health screen. Book a private consult so I can tailor tests based on your specific history and lifestyle.

Hello. Taking a proactive approach to your health in your late 20s is an excellent preventive step. At 29, establishing baseline screening values allows us to monitor metabolic changes, track nutritional balance, and screen for reproductive health markers early, ensuring everything remains in optimal condition.
Next Steps
Recommended Baseline Screening Tests: Routine Blood Profile: Complete Blood Count (CBC) to screen for anemia, Fasting Blood Sugar/HbA1c for early metabolic tracking, and a routine Urine Analysis. Nutritional Markers: Vitamin D3 and Vitamin B12 levels, as deficiencies are highly prevalent. Organ Panels: Thyroid Profile (TSH) to rule out thyroid imbalances, along with basic Liver (LFT) and Kidney Function Tests (KFT). Specific Screening: A routine cervical screening (Pap smear) is highly recommended for women in this age bracket.
Health Tips
The exact investigations can vary slightly based on your dietary lifestyle, family medical history, and any subtle symptoms you might have. For a comprehensive medical history mapping, customized lab package selection, and direct support to evaluate your upcoming reports, you can book a consultation via my profile here or message me directly on WhatsApp at: six three six nine four six zero five seven seven.

Hello! Thank you for your question. It's great that you're being proactive about your health. There isn't a single "one-size-fits-all" list of tests—recommended screening depends on factors like your medical history, family history, lifestyle, menstrual history, weight, and future pregnancy plans. During a brief consultation, I can assess your risk factors and recommend only the necessary investigations, avoiding unnecessary tests and expenses. If you're generally healthy, we can also discuss preventive screening, vaccinations, cervical cancer screening (Pap smear), and breast health, along with appropriate blood tests if indicated.
Next Steps
Please book a teleconsultation, and I'll help you prepare a personalized health check-up plan. Wishing you good health!

You can't make sure everything is alright by doing some tests. Tests should be considered if you have symptoms. Screening tests also should be done if there is any kind of risks / genetic susceptibility. Without knowing these if one proceed to do the "full body check up " given by a lab, normal results in a few tests will make someone think everything is alright. Also tests mostly show what is the situation at present. Will have to repeat in few months or so.

Do not do any tests. This is a new disease of "Package testing" created by the corporate hospital. Better consult a doctor and check your basics i.e. BP, pulse, temperature, respiration, and general checkup by a doctor who will advise tests, IF REQUIRED.
