I have diagnosed Salmonella typhi dot - IgM  positive , what medicines shall I take. I'm also diagnosed with low level of iron, haemoglobin.

U need to take antibiotics for it  Paracetamol to be taken only in case of fever. Antibiotic course should be followed properly. better to take consult to get prescription

Hi , can get your concern. For low iron and hemoglobin, can take tab livogen at night after food for one month. For typhoid, treatment is symptomatic. Need to plan for antibiotics, paracetamol and ors.
