Depends on the sugar level whether oral medicine or insulin needs to be added

Hi., I can understand your concern.
Prediabetes can be reversed. But diabetes can be managed with a proper dose of medicine, diet and exercise.
If blood sugar levels are getting lower due to antidiabetic medicine, we can reduce the dose little by little then can stop medicine.
