1) Iam diabetic and thyroid, however I try to Control my diet I couldn't loose wait. Don't understand what is causing weight gain. 2) Using Regestrone tab makes me gain weight? 3) whenever I try to take raw food it creates gastric problem and cough starts,that will reside after 1-2 hrs. What can I do
