I am suffering from type 2 diabetes. I have started some exercise in the morning and walking 30 minutes in the evening. I want to know about some diet which control my sugar level. Am I used BADAM (ALMOND)milk shake in the morning to improve my immunity?

Hi, Include fiber rich vegetables in your diet and also have whole grains.Avoid eating baked n processed foods.Eat every 2.5 hrs.Drink 8-10 glasses of water a day.Sleep for 8hrs and avoid fried foods often.
