For deworming take Tablet.Albendazole 400mg today night and later after 6months if you don't have any symptoms like itching around anus ,low haemoglobin or iron level, apperance of worms in the stools...If you have any of the above symptoms,I advise you to take it for 5 days continuously every night and then stop it because symptoms appear only when the worms load is high..I advise your family follow the same depending upon the symptoms

Examine stool microscopy If ova cyst present give tab zentel 1 stat repeat after 6 month

Albendazole is a preferred drug. Single dose is effective Interval is usually once in 6 month. Worm infestation is usually asymptomatic So it is not necessary that person with worm infestation always have symptoms. Not required to take by whole family togather. But for convenience of remembering it family can take it at the same time period. Child of less than 2 years having half of the dose then adult. It should be preferred to take prescription from doctor
