Developed a painless pimple on lower lip

I've developed a painless pimple on lower lip 2-3 days ago with 2 mouth ulcers in gums and tongue. What is it? The pimple was hurting 2-3 days ago but now it's not hurting. It's soft in texture. I'm also feeling acidity and burning sensation while pooping. I accidentally bit it little and now its turned little red in colour. What should i do?

Looks like a retention cyst. If it's causing problems it needs removal.

It is simply a retention cyst. You can take over the counter pain medicine. Apply turbocort ointment after meals . It'll settle
