I have been experiencing an issue for over 2 months. It appears as a pimple-like swelling filled with blood and sometimes just skin. The size varies over time and reduces when thick blood mixed with a saliva-like liquid is released. However, it tends to grow again, especially after consuming spicy food. The swelling is not hard and feels like it is filled with blood and some liquid. It is located under the lower lip.
