Derealization, had panic attack in gym
One day in the gym I was working out after workout suddenly I got an attack like everything around me was like film and I thought I'm going to die. I'm a powerlifters who trains heavy now I get no sense of life and derealization is going on I'm thinking I'm dead.
Did the ecg day after it was sinus arrhythmia and bp is around 120/80 usually, I get blurry vision too very often. please help what is going on.
