Hi..
Please understand what you are going through is better managed through therapy. Medicines may help stabilise your mood in the short term, but one has to work in therapy to build coping mechanism, confidence and explore all these thoughts you are having, resolve the underlying conflicts. To actually change the nature of this experience for you and cause long lasting changes in your developing personality.
Next Steps
you are still 22. this would be the optimum time to take some sessions and see for yourself is they being you any good. if you are worried about video calls, even audio calls can happen. But I strongly recommend you talk to a therapist before only suppressing the peak of emotions with medication. the conflicts will remain otherwise, and will manifest in different ways some months down the line.
Health Tips
You can also go through feedback from individuals like yourself who have been in therapy and found it to be beneficial for them, on my Practo profile. that would help you decide to take the next constructive step to deal with what's happening in your life currently. Take care.
