I cannot sleep well late night i sleep. I try but i failure to get good deep sleep. I try to maintain time to sleep but i can't. Help me.

Unhealthy past experiences can also cause such disturbances in your sleep cycles. It is recommended that you try and induce a sleep environment – by limiting your time on the phone before sleep , practice some deep breathing exercises and relax yourself before sleeping by taking a nice shower .
