Kindly do a self rating test of depression like Zung's self rating depression scale which you can easily find online and if its suggestive of moderate to severe depression consult a psychiatrist in person for detailed evaluation and treatment. Give at least one hour daily for your hobbies to vent out daily stress. Share your feelings with family or close friends as sharing helps a lot.
