Depression and anxiety

I am suffering from clinical depression. And i dnt knw from where it came. Everything was going good. One and half month ago i got some symptoms of depression. I had one counselling session online. But that didnt helped me. I want to consult a psychiatrist. Plz help me on this matter

Hello.., u need to introspect n find out the reason of depression.. n indulge in your work so much that there should be no place for depression to set in.. Also stay with positive people.. Tc..

First of all you have to be strong. Second consult a good Psychiatrist. Jus want to tell you that once medicines started, they took a long time or years to get taper off. so its better you should be strongly motivated, spend your time in some leisure activities.
