My wife always gets angry frequently and she says that she is feeling depressed mentaly.and she  gets fear that something bad is going to happen.

Depressed is a day to day basis word used to denote feeling low. Fear of something bad denotes anxiety. Both are signs of some ongoing life stress as well as mental illnesses. So,your wife needs to consult a psychiatrist either here or in person. Think about it & revert back

Feeling low, having crying spells, sleep and appetite disturbances, and difficulty in concentration and attention are some of the signs of Depression. Consult a Psychiatrist for a detailed assessment. It is likely with medication and counseling the symptoms will improve. If she is feeling suicidal or hopeless consult a Psychiatrist immediately.
