Don’t neglect dental treatment at your age you should go for the best dental treatment facilities available. If you loose your tooth at this small age you will not be able to chew your food properly. Artificial replacement of tooth is costly .

It's essential to prioritize dental treatment for cavities to prevent further complications. Leaving a drilled tooth without a filling can lead to potential problems such as tooth sensitivity, pain, infection, and further decay. The white substance you are observing could potentially be dentin, which is the layer underneath the enamel of your tooth. Dentin is naturally yellowish or off-white in color and becomes visible when the enamel is partially or completely removed. I highly recommend scheduling an appointment with a dentist as soon as possible to have the cavity properly filled. The dentist will assess the condition of your tooth, clean it if necessary, and place a suitable filling material to restore its structure and protect it from further damage. In the meantime, maintain good oral hygiene by brushing your teeth twice a day with fluoride toothpaste and flossing daily. This will help remove any food debris and bacteria, reducing the risk of additional decay. Remember, it's important to consult with a dental professional for an accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment. They will be able to provide the best advice based on your specific dental condition.

Hi From your description, it feels like you did not complete the treatment & that resulted into retained root stump which is on the gum level. Firstly , you should visit a dentist & get the checkup done. If it can be saved by Root canal Treatment, you should go for it . Otherwise that teeth has to be removed to avoid further infection. X ray will decide the treatment plan which your dentist will suggest you. You can send a picture of your teeth & book a video consultation with me so I can provide best possible option for your teeth.

Probably the tooth is decayed and only the root stump(s) are remaining with a little bit of filling still standing there. The permanent filling must have been left pending. Share a pic of the tooth for better understanding of your situation.
