Extraction would be better suited as   re rct has lesser chances of success. However, post Extraction do get crown or implant within 6 months otherwise the empty space left might get cause the adjacent tooth to tilt.

Hi sir You can give a try for re rct because the bone around the tooth is still intact and less infection and you have bulbous roots so re rct with post and core and crown will definitely work

Hi, You can try to save the tooth with re-rct followed by post and crown. But the prognosis is not good. Better option is to extract the tooth and replace with an implant at a later date.

Extraction would be best advised Even if you do re-rct there is no required tooth structure to place a Cap....unless done with post and core
Next Steps
better do extraction followed by bridge or an implant  so as to replace your extracted tooth.... because after extraction you will be missing your molar tooth....most important for chewing food....as well as if not replaced remaining tooth can shift to the gap and will compromise oral health slowly over time  even though consequences won't be appreciated immediately. thank-you 😊
