Its tiny hole in my tooth but yet i  dont feel pain , does it require composite filling ,if it is ,how much it will cost or  can be heal by any medicine please suggest any remedy

Hie mam Yes , you are having a cavity in ur upper molar..kindly visit a dentist and get a filling done asap..if yu delay it..it will go for root canal treatment.. Thank you

Its not tiny hole i can see in your upper molar . Sometimes person didn’t get pain n sensitivity even in big cavity . You need dental examination n treatment for that ASAP So it can save your teeth from futher damage

U need to go for filling of that cavity to avoid food lodgement n further increase in the cavity. It doesn't heal naturally by itself.
