Anesthesia reaction is dangerous like I got my wisdom teeth removed 3 hours ago and got anesthesia will it cause any reaction which will get serious as right now my anesthesia numbness is going away I got no side effects will any side effects will come now

Local anesthesia as the name suggests is injected only at the site indicated for treatment to block all sensory supply to that region making the procedure very comfortable for the patient. Usually takes 2 to 3 hrs to wear off. Only a certain amount of anesthetic solution is given which is safe and does not cause any side effects. Signs that your numbness is going away is an indication of the senses returning back. So there is nothing to worry about.

You don't need to worry about the anaesthesia reaction as it has been more than three hours now , which is sufficient time for the effect to go away. Consequently , lowering the chances of any side effect which is infact already pretty meagre when it comes to local anaesthesia administration.
