Dengue fever is on 6th day

Dengu fever from last 6 days, 4th day platelet count dropped to 60k, in 5th day it is 70k and again in 6th day it is 60 k. Is expected like it will be stable for 2/3 days and when can count will increase? Fever comes once in 10 hours but mild 99.0 . Is this something to worry?
