Dengue diagnosed
My wife is diagnosed with dengue, yesterday only she had a fever,today it confirmed to be a dengue.
How many days it takes to recover ?

Dengue test report and methodology- NS1 ELISA or IgM ELISA
Platelet count and other CBC reports
If she is clinically stable and well monitored with iv fluids and regular BP check ups, any signs of bleeding points or rashes. She should get going with her routine if everything of this is ok.

Dengue is a viral infection..
Treatment protocol would be supportive only..
Like for backache pain killer would be given..
Fluids will be given regularly.
Dengue would be cured in aroud 10 to 14 days..

Dengue will take around a week to recover but it is different fom individual to individual..u can give here paracetamol for the fever also her platelets will have to be checked daily to know the pattern..also make sure she takes plenty of fluids,ors, juices
