Hello dear, Please have an in person consultation with a physician to examine physically and monitor platelet count. For typhoid, you might need ceftriaxone to prevent carrier state or it can be positive due to cross reactivity. However, online consultation in your case is not advised

Better to show it to a physician in person. Platelet count in dengue can drop after fever subsides. So you need to monitor your Platelet count daily until it shows a rising trend. Need to take care of hydration. Hydration is the mainstay of treatment infact. Atleast 3 to 4 litres of oral intake. For management of typhoid, better to take IV ceftriaxone for 7 days to avoid carrier state. Need to check your vitals despite you being asymptomatic at present. So I would advise you to show it a physician person and take the treatment as advised with above suggestions.

Widal test is falsely positive in other infections as well. You need to repeat cbc to look for any falling trend of platelet count. More specific tests need to be done. Also look for itching as in case of dengue you might feel that symptom now. Better to consult for further treatment than diagnosing and treating based on above report .
