Delayed phase sleep disorder

2020-10-24 02:28:04
I am unable to maintain a normal functioning sleep schedule. I fall asleep only in the mornings near to 7am. But even this is not fixed and could get delayed if I slept much more the previous day. I want help to reset my schedule back to normal times. What does this involve? Does it require therapy, medicine, or some kind of habits? I have tried everything from my end but have not succeeded.
