My period is delayed by one day. Currently I'm diagnosed with UTI and taking antibiotics for it. Is it the reason for my delay in periods? I have done the pregnancy test as well this morning and the result is negative. I want to understand the reason for my delay in periods. Thank you.

Please don't be in a hurry to get the diagnosis of pregnancy. You should wait for the period to become overdue by one week.

One week delay is considered normal. It's not delayed due to uti. Repeat the test after 3 days.
