Can we take coconut water in empty stomach if suffering with pcos?? Also can we take dairy products I have recently done with ovarian drilling... And am daily taking coconut water in empty stomach...so please advise me coconut water is good for pcos

It's good in general, there is no specifications for pcos... Yes limit dairy and bakery product, take high protein and high fibre diet
