Can deficiency of vitamin d3 cause arthritis..? Or gout ??? I am really worried pls help... i am having joints pain... is this the sign of rheumatoid arthritis or osteoarthritis..? Pls help My count : 12.5 Less than 20...

No need to worry or panic. Vit.D deficiency doesn't lead to arthritis of any form. Its also very common to have low Vitamin D levels in Indian population Just take a full course of Vit D 6 lacs units every six months and you'll be fine.
