Deficiency of vitamin D in test

My father is aged 58 years he is diabtetic with level 262 in glucose fasting , he had a leg fracture and now his legs is getting weak and all the tests have been done and there's is vitamin D low level below 15 , it's normal range is 30-100 . Kindly suggest diet and medications

You have to take a Vitamin D suppliment, its not available in diet, get sugar levels under control, probably he should be on insulin for fasyer recovery. Avoid refined sugars and salt, reduce the cooking oil intake and eat complex fibre cereals.
