Hi doc...my kid is of 5.5 year old hvng deep cries teeth inprimary posterior teeth   of lower jaw region of both side... we  hvae done opg ,am attaching opg ,plz have a look i want to know how much it take to shade out by itself ...plz help me out

The primary posterior teeth usually shed between age 10-12 years and it is imperative to save the milk teeth till the permanent teeth come in.. Pulpectomy should be started with lower 2nd primary molars and caries excavation and review with lower 1st molars..
