Today i have done complete blood count (CBC).test and my body platelets count is 46000(fourty six thousand) what to do and day by day my platelets are decresasing before 20 days when i have done my cbc test  it was 67000(sixty thousand)..plz suggest me a best medicine and some precaution and caution why my platelets is decresing day by day..i m very much tensioned plz help me
