Hello.. Color changes in gingiva, can be normal also.. I advice you to do scaling..
Health Tips
I advice you to take antibiotics only for three to five days.. not more than that.. few people will get ulcers because of antibiotics.. follow me up for further queries.. thank you.

Change in color of gums could be due to many reasons like change in some diet, smoking, any calculus deposit etc. Attach clear photographs of effected area for better understanding. Consult with doctor online or offline for better guidance and treatment options.

There can be many reasons for color change .. Sometimes it is natural and sometimes it is due to deposition of food debris or any infection that particularly leads to change of color. But it's not because of antibiotics taken by you for 10 days. You can get yourself consult online or offline to better understand what is the situation .
Next Steps
Meanwhile warm water gargles 2-3 times a day & get a clinical checkup once .
