Dark urine and low libido

2-3 weeks ago my bike hit a pothole and my private part started hurting for the day then it stopped. I travel a long distance to work daily and from past 2-3 weeks I have dark foul smelling urine and it burns while urinating. Along with that I have very low libido and erectile disfunction. Should I see a doctor?
