Dark black patches

I delivered a baby.. 4 months back.. Everything was normal.. Since one month I noticed that sum areas of my skin is turning black.. Corner of hands, upper lip,chin, under eye, and legs.. And skin of feet is totally dry.. It was not before... Pls suggest.. What could be the reason..
