Daal Maash and Yogurt

Can we eat daal mash and yogurt at the same time? Will it cause any issue for me? Diarrhea/constipation, etc?

It depends on certain situations and environment temperature around you but urad dal will not good for a long term purpose. Yes it can cause diarrhoea or constipation according your previous digestibilty issue

I think mash dal means urad dal,if it is than, as per Ayurveda urad dal and curd or yogurt is not right combination, may be bring same stomach related issues, and as per modern-sci no issues or no restrictions on urad dal and curd products. even others dal also we can eat with curd /yogurt.
