My sil having cyst in ovaries, do she need to remove ovaries or only cyst. If in that case whom to contact og or laproscopic surgeon. Attached reports

Cyst of more than 6 cm needs to Removed. Ideally cyst is only removed if rest of the ovarian tissue is normal. Rest all depends on intra operative findings. You need to consult a Gynaecologist for this
