I ve small cut inside cheek opp to third molar..it's not bleeding but dat small cut always filled wid blood..I observed dat seven days back .no other symptoms.its not increasing r paining etc.. I don't ve wisdom tooth promblem ..

Hello,it sounds from your problem that there might be a wisdom tooth which is giving the problem,for the time-being avoid hot spicy sharp foods,and visit a dentist asap.
