'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing these symptoms. Nerve compression in the spine can cause various symptoms, including weakness, tingling, and other sensations in the limbs. However, it's important to get a proper diagnosis from a qualified medical professional, such as a neurologist or orthopedic doctor. They may recommend further tests, such as an MRI, to determine the cause of your symptoms. In the meantime, try to avoid any activities that exacerbate your symptoms and follow any treatment recommendations from your doctor.

You would need a MRI scan to check nerve compression mostly!! Before looking out for nerve compression in spine its better to check your symptoms clinically for weakness and sensory loss.
Next Steps
Get clinical examination done by an orthopedic surgeon. CT scan cannot show nerve compression..
